We offer clean and comfortable rooms in the heart of downtown Hot Springs, NC sitting along Spring Creek and the Appalachian trail. We do not provide daily cleaning service, coffee pots, hairdryers or wifi at this time, satellite television is provided. If you would like a daily cleaning service for a small fee please inquire before booking. We do a complimentary cleaning every four days for our long term reservations of seven days or more.

SMOKING: All rooms are smoke free however we have designated smoking areas outside. Smoking in the room will result in a $250.00 fee, immediate termination and removal.

PETS: We have select rooms for your pets. Room 1 & 2 are pet friendly with no extra fee for their stay. If you bring a pet in one of our other rooms you will be charged a $300 fee, immediate termination and removal. Our pet free rooms are for those who are allergic to your furry friend.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancelled reservations will be charged 15% regardless of time before your check in. Any reservations cancelled 7 days or less before arrival date will not be refunded, NO exceptions.

We do not refund for events out of our control like power outages, weather, acts of God, flooding, pandemics, other businesses closing or circumstances that may cut your trip short. We recommend purchasing trip insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstance that may force you to change or cancel your stay.
